PCE solid rubber distribution boxes are made from a blend of natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber (NR/SBR). The raw material, in sheet form, is processed under pressures of up to 400 tons and at a temperature of 180°C. This initiates a vulcanization process that gives the distribution box its final shape without altering its consistency.
